Attorney Fees
There is a fee schedule for attorneys set by the Union of Bar Associations of Turkey, which those looking for a lawyer and curious about consultation fees can benefit from. It is possible to agree on an amount between the lawyer and the client, or it is also possible that no agreement is made. If the agreement between the lawyer and the client is deemed invalid, it is made according to this tariff. Likewise, this tariff is valid in cases where no agreement is made.
